Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for FlipIt web purchases, Apple App Store purchases, and Google Play purchases.

Last updated July 2, 2026

1. Overview

Except where required by applicable law or Paddle's Refund Policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests must be submitted through Paddle using the link provided in your purchase receipt or subscription management page.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made. Any statutory cancellation rights, refunds for defective products, or other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Web Purchases Through Paddle

Web purchases, including FlipIt quiz funnel subscriptions and digital access purchased through our website, are processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for these transactions and manages payment collection, applicable taxes, receipts, subscription billing, and buyer payment support.

To request a refund for a Paddle web purchase, use the refund or subscription management link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support. Paddle's own Refund Policy may also apply.

You can contact us at sharmaga440@gmail.com for product access issues, but payment refunds for Paddle transactions should be requested through Paddle.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You are responsible for canceling a subscription before its renewal date if you do not want to be charged again. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous charges, partial billing periods, unused time, or renewal payments that already occurred.

After cancellation, your paid access may continue until the end of the billing period unless Paddle, Apple, Google, or applicable law requires a different result.

4. Apple App Store Purchases

Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Apple In-App Purchase system are billed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund rules and subscription terms. We cannot directly issue refunds for transactions controlled by Apple.

To request an Apple refund, use Apple's refund request process.

5. Google Play Purchases

Purchases made through Google Play are billed by Google and are subject to Google Play's refund rules and subscription terms. We cannot directly issue refunds for transactions controlled by Google Play.

To learn about refund eligibility or request a refund, review Google Play refund policies.

6. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If you have statutory cancellation rights, rights relating to defective digital content, unauthorized charges, or other mandatory consumer protections, those rights remain in effect.

7. Contact
